From the delivery date of your order, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. You will have 14 days to return the products after your withdrawal. As a customer, you are responsible for reimbursing the return costs and any damage to the products caused by the return shipment. After we have received the return, and the return meets the conditions below, you will be refunded the purchase price of the order (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.
